My Documentation Manager

How do you do this?

1. Step:
Select manual
Select the relevant SIMATIC product or system, such as SIMATIC Decentralized Periphery, in the tab “Manuals online” at “https://www.siemens.com/simatic-doku”.

2. Step:
Display manual
Open the requested manual in My Documentation Manager with the symbol .
If the manual is not available in your selected display language, the English version will open as default.
You can now download the manual as PDF or print it.

You need to register for full access to all functions of “My Documentation Manager.”

3. Step:
Registration
If you have already created an account for the Automation and Drives website, you will not need to register for My Documentation Manager. You can use your login and password.
You can also use the login button to register for My Documentation Manager.

4. Step:
Creating your individual manual
As soon as you are a registered user of My Documentation Manager, you will be able to create your individual manual combining contents from several manuals.

5. Step:
Printing your manual
Once you have configured your individual manual, you will be able to either download it as PDF or print it.

Additional features:

• You can compile your manual to include all information in all available languages that you have selected at random.
• You can give the manual a customized layout.
• You can subscribe to an update service so that all parts of the documents you have incorporated into your personalized manual will be updated automatically in case of changes.
