When you order our SUS, you will also receive the
Customer Support CD-ROM several times a year. A comprehensive knowledge base
with tips, tricks and FAQs which will help you to use your SIMATIC industrial
software even more efficiently.
Ordering conditions
- The Software Update Service is ordered in the same way as any other
product. The corresponding order number is given in the ordering
information of the software product in question
- You must own the
current version of the software
- The Software Update Service runs for 1 year from date of order.
It is extended automatically by a further year in each case, as long as it
is not canceled 3 months before it expires
- An annual lump sum is invoiced per license
